Security and privacy, by design
- We collect nothing. No Keneland servers, accounts, analytics or telemetry.
- Your key stays yours. It's encrypted on your device, or kept only until the browser closes, and is only ever sent to the provider address it was saved for.
- You see who receives what. The panel shows which provider will receive your message and attachments before you press Send.
- It asks first. Chrome asks your permission before the extension contacts a provider or reads a project page, and only for the sites you use.
- Voice is opt-in. If you enable dictation, Chrome's speech recognition sends audio to Google, and we tell you that up front.
- It's locked down. Built on Manifest V3, with a strict content security policy and no remote code.
FAQ
Is it free?
Yes. The extension is free. If you connect an LLM provider, that provider bills you directly for usage under your own account.
Do I need an API key?
No. Local demo mode works without one. Connect a provider when you want AI-written recommendations.
Does Keneland see my prompts, keys or Salesforce data?
No. Messages go straight from your browser to the provider you choose. Keneland has no servers in the path and collects no analytics.
Which browsers are supported?
Google Chrome 120 or later on desktop. Other Chromium browsers that support Chrome's side panel may work, but aren't officially supported.
Does it make changes in Salesforce?
No. It advises; it never reads or writes Salesforce records or metadata.
Can I use my company's internal AI gateway?
The Chrome Web Store version supports the providers listed above plus local model servers. For a corporate gateway (e.g. LiteLLM or an internal proxy), contact us about the enterprise build.
What does Capture page read?
Only the title, address and visible text of the Jira Cloud, Linear, Asana, monday.com or Trello tab you're on, and only when you click it. You review it before it's sent.
